- We made some bike suspension adjustments this week. Come along and see just how we adapt to those adjustments. Also on deck...CAT AND MOUSE LAPS. Well, all Cat and no Mouse watch to see what I mean. We then figured out I had no rear break on the Schist and if that wasn't enough I also got in my first Hawleywood laps, boy the game has changed on that one!

Lower psi in the fork doesn't necessarily translate to less harsh. If your dynamic sag is deeper in the travel it will probably feel more stiff, not less. And remember your front tire is the first part of the suspension. 0.5psi can make a big difference in how tiny bumps feel.
Appreciate the help! Suspension is definitely not a strong suit for me. I think I'll try and drop some PSI in the front. I was running 23psi in the front last year and bumped to 25psi this year to try and help with tire wear and rolling speed.

Subscribers going up as faster as the bike going down. NICE! Loamstar Blue Techy trail not so bad. Cat n Mouse so popular it gets used a lot. Last season the berms were getting washboard ruts that were tricky. Adjustments...yeah. After riding the local rock trail, I found my rear tire flat 2 days later. I still run tubes. So I changed the tube and pumped it up to 50 psi to make sure it was holding pressure. A week later I took it out on the same rock trail, and a third of the way through I realized why it was acting funny. I forgot to drop the pressure. Ooops. That trail trained me for Berkshire East.
Get in while the gettins good! Cat and Mouse is good now...who knows how long it stays that way.
