Long Island Rail Road version 2 releases today 30th April 2024. It's had the TSW 4 treatment since the first release of LIRR and comes with the Long Beach branch and the M9 and M7 units. Let's take a look how it runs on console with a run in the M9 with some PS5 gameplay!

Another tip I discovered, if it’s dark and tipping down set the headlights to Dim, otherwise you can’t see a thing! I think that’s just the lighting in TSW4 rather than real life.
The reason you couldn't charge the brakes is (at least I think) that when you manually put max brakes with the lever in the cab you accidently put it to "emergency" for a brief second. You then applied max brakes almost immediately after, which is too quick at least for the game (don't know if it would apply to real life). Had you waited a couple of seconds when you applied the emergency brakes and then put it on max brake it would've worked. Let me know of I'm wrong in any ways, cheers!

I think I’m level 329, but I lost a bunch of levels when TSW3 trashed my profile and reverted me back about 6 months after a crash! It is what it is I suppose!

I'm currently driver level 1,446 but a good 1,100 of that was profile ported from TSW2, with decreasing amounts further added from TSW3 & 4 to make up the total. I guess a combination of poor post-launch product support as well as the introduction of £30 addons kind of made me realise that I could get far better value for money elsewhere and as a result I just lost interest in the game....so much so that even though both 3 & 4 were 'free' on Gamepass I still couldn't motivate myself enough to want to play them.
I still keep an eye on the new stuff but nah, my love affair with trains ended with TSW2....and driver level 1446 😋

i have a question. Cause i have a PS5 but i don’t know if i have a GEN 9. So i would like to ask. How do i get more traffic in my game. There is barely any trains coming by jamaica for me. Only 2 trains coming by every 30 mins
Hi, PS5 is a gen 9 if you hear Dovetail talk about that. I think traffic will be specific per service but not sure as so far I’ve only been through Jamaica a couple of times
i figured it put finally. I have a ps5 like i told you but i downloaded TSW4 the play station 4 version 😭. So i had to download the ps5 version and then play the game. And then it worked. So ya. I made a mistake this whole time 🤪

Can you put again the setting you use (hud and signals ) my hud is very large and make the game maybe easy
Under ‘Accessibility’ choose minimal for HUD type

@@TinTin_57 Nope I turned it off. During rush hour it does not even take 10 minutes to get into Penn. It maybe a glitch

Series s do not buy, there's virtually no traffic, can't get refund either, nothing to do with memory like matt keeps saying it's poor optimization, dissapointing
