I love Melissa West’s teachings. I was a yoga student and recall when TH-cam yoga was starting up (2009?), I can hear the intro music in my head. I’m not sure where 15 years went but they flew by fast. One of the aspects I love about Melissa’s videos is it IS REAL YOGA FOR REAL PEOPLE. IM not sitting cross legged, then up in mountain pose , soon taking on cobra etc etc up down up down. It’s balance, tuning in to the body. If I want a crazy cardio session I’ll find one. But not here. Thank you , Melissa and Tim for rocking it ,after all these years. Xo Valerie

i have been repeating it for a couple of days now. it helps me a bit with my digestion problems but also it makes me very calm . the good thing about the repeat is i know whats comming its funny oh yes now she is gonna say this or that. but i just feel very relaxed and recharged after this class. i also repeat your class of many years ago restorative yoga cultural conditioning i just love that intro of brene brown you are reading a passage. i love repeating .. im a very deeply sesnitive human being and i just need that constant rest and recharge. so thank you so much ..💝

I like the class very much. It's so gentle and soft. Exactly what I needed. I began with a score for the connection with myself and others on 3 and ended with 5. When you know in what stressed state I am, this is a big achievement. Thank you very much. ❤
