I've been listening to your music for a few weeks before bed as I saw a research paper claiming significant mood improvement occurs when people listen to 528 Hz / 432 Hz music so I decided to run the experiment on myself and used a chart to track my mood every morning and let me say I'm impressed . I really enjoy listening to it so it's a win-win for me anyway but I am shocked at how this genuinely helped even though I am going through a rough patch at the moment .
