Thank you so much for this video. I had discussed the low flow situation with a couple of different plumbers, and was ready to spend the money to replace my faucet when I came across your video. Both the people I consulted with took apart the faucet head, but neither knew about the connector valve under the sink. Such an easy fix. I was able to do this myself - problem solved!
Thank you sir! It was the coupler that was the culprit for me. I had to smack it on the ground and run water through it multiple times until there’s no debris coming out. Who knew so little debris can restrict the flow so much.
My Hansgrohe, Allegro E, Kitchen Faucet was bought in 2013 and had no tools for the spray head. However, the problem I am having is with low flow only on the hot water side. I'm thinking something may be partially blocking the hot water side of the cartridge. Any suggestions?
We have a G28917ENO shower faucet which has low flow caused by some restriction in the shower head. We cleaned the screen, which didn't solve the problem. We have soaked the whole faucet head in vinegar. It still exhibits low flow. Is there a way to disable the shower head so I can clean it further.? Thank you
Thank you for this video. I don't have this tool, I have an Essence kitchen pull out faucet I Hope the tool is the same. where do I find the little grey tool?

I installed a new replacement cartridge for one that failed and my water flow is horribly slow. I’ve tried cleaning everything and all connections parts and lines. Are the new cartridges low flow in how they’re built and I’m just out of luck? I’m concerned that the 2015 California low flow laws have reduced the gpm at the cartridge. Please help! Thanks.

I have a Ladylux that we've been replacing parts on (spray head, filter cartridge, and failing screw for the handle that we had to buy special tools to remove) over the 3 or 4 months, each time waiting for back ordered parts. After all these repairs, now the hot water has slowed to a trickle. We cleared the hot water line, pulled out and checked the filter cartridge again, and checked to make sure there wasn't anything pinching the hot water line. I'm so frustrated. I haven't had a properly working kitchen faucet since spring. I don't know what else to try to fix. The hot water works fine everywhere else in the house. And the cold water functions fine through the Ladylux. But I have almost no hot water through it at all.

Today I installed a brand new Grohe kitchen tap and I have a horribly low pressure flow. Tried the one adjustment from the instructions with no success. What else can I try? Very disappointed with this product. Could have spent half the money for something that worked.

C'mon...there's gotta be a way to fix the simultaneous spray and stream issue. I've already gone through 2 spray head replacements from Grohe. I suppose that's why my model has been discontinued.

I have a similar faucet in my Airstream made by Grohe - we followed all of these steps and the flow is still a trickle. I called Grohe customer service, and was hung up on after waiting 20 min. I called back and got a very unpleasant young man who clearly didn't like his job, and after being put back on hold HE HUNG UP - again! Horrible experience, and this is a $480+ faucet!
I have a Minta kitchen faucet that has worked great for nearly 10 years. Several months ago, the water pressure dropped off. Nowhere else in the house has pressure loss. I replaced the cartridge, replaced the hose, and cleaned the aerator. No improvement. I connected a 43 PSI garden hose to the 3/8 braided faucet hose and still no pressure at the faucet. I've called Grohe support several times, have waited for an hour at least twice w/no answer, I've requested a callback that never came, and I've submitted a request through the contact page to no avail. Even with the pandemic, this is unacceptable. Hoping that maybe this gets someone's attention.

exact same issue and fix
Do you have (and if not, could you make) a similar video for the LadyLux3 (32 283) to show how to remove the aerator pieces for cleaning?
