Those communities must give the realtors like yourself Big incentives to push their homes. Every Real estate agent I see on TH-cam pushes these communities hard. Just an observation…. personally I’d never buy one, all the homes look alike and most of them have 5’ to 10’ between them. Why would I wya shared backyard? Idk… I like room and privacy.
Would love to look at homes that are on the lower price spectrum. People here in Florida that want to buy homes the average Joe can afford $600,000. So I would love to look at homes for a bargain for less than 400,000 preferably 300,000 actually

Actually, some of the newer developments don’t pay as well, but it’s what home buyers are asking for. We serve the clients.
