Cornstarch, she writes it on the top left corner when she adds. And it's not cornflour as told by another user previously. Don't put cornflour in your head, it'll stock to your hair badly & will be difficult to wash off like that. Also, it'll make deadly lumps when you add to the heated mixture. Hope it helps ♥️
You could have show it how to use, how many days can we use this in a month, how to store, how to wash the hair
One or two times a week and after doing shampoo apply it, and also wash your hair with shampoo after applying it because its smell is not good
Use kitne din ke waqfe se karen aur kitni der laga rahne den aur baad main shampoo karen ya nahi
Apply it for 2 hours and use twice a week. And can apply mild shampoo if required

It's oil, though she didn't mention but it seems like olive oil. Coz it's commonly used due to hair smoothening properties, my sister used to use it always & it worked for her. Though if it doesn't suit you, use any oil that suits your scalp like almond or coconut or any other. Hope the info helps ♥️
