The one ingredient im going to be using I. today video is Okra
Okra is rich in vitamin a, c and k. it contains calcium and Potassium, and has a lot of other nutrients that are amazing for your hair growth.
It amazing at moisturising a dry scalp and add moisture to your hair.

You can either put in hot or cold water. Hot water fastens the process but the cold water may take around 2-3 hours
