But the thing with Bipolar is that you never really go off the meds. They are not a quick fix, they are a lifetime adaption. They are there to correct an imbalance that you are unable to correct without intervention.

But the thing with Bipolar is that you never really go off the meds. They are not a quick fix, they are a lifetime adaption. They are there to correct an imbalance that you are unable to correct without intervention.

Unfortunately there will still, at some points, be episodes of mania and depression. Unfortunately (especially with the mania side) it can be incredibly difficult to see it in yourself.
To a person experiencing a manic episode it often feels like you are actually more mentally well than ever, mania can make you feel fantastic.
