Beautiful home, beautiful landscaping but no backyard to really speak of. Almost touches the home behind it. Does the HOA cover lawn maintenance? I would presume, since it's a retirement community. Just asking.

Thank you for this feedback. Apparently you cannot appreciate the fact that you have the ability just to be able to see what a particular model looks like inside, whether it is on the market or not. This is why I leave these homes on the channel; to show different floor plans, not just to try and sell them. My channel is informational in nature and gives you the ability to see what these models look like inside along with other great informational videos. I am sure that if you go online you will not be able to see a video of what a St. Charles looks like inside and if you can, I am sure that it would not be exactly like this one I took the video of. So, while it is your opinion that I should take these homes off the channel when they sell, there are many more people who appreciate being able to go to my channel to look at all the different floor plans. People like you are the reason that I do not put the price on the home in my videos as well. As soon as there is a price change you would be telling me to take it off of the channel because the price is wrong. I hope that you now understand why I leave these homes on my channel no matter how long ago I took the video. Most people love to see the different floor plans and different ways people furnish and decorate them as well. I hope now that you can appreciate what I am trying to do and the service I bring to this channel.
