Tip for keeping your floors clean. Take off your shoes inside the house. It saves you so much time cleaning floors. My husband is turkish, so for us it is normal/traditional to take off our shoes when we come in the house. I hope you'll find this tip helpfull. Thanks for your wonderfull videos. And I have to say you are the first person that makes food I actually really like. Thanks for being a true cooking inspiration.

Hi Laura! I just wanted to let u know that I have Sciatica too! First I had a back problem too then that disappeared & later my L5 nerve in my right leg started to cause me SO much pain from the side of my thigh to my foot down. Sciatica typically starts with back problems (maybe coz you caused some stress to it, affecting the nerve). Ive been having sciatica for 2 years and a bit now and unless you want surgery, exercising is the best way to only REDUCE the pain. Hope you feel better Laura x

Please do this exercise so you don't fall: Lay on your back with knees bent and pull you arms through your bent legs. I do 300 every morning because i fell 3 months ago & broke my left Tibia & Fibia in 2 places and now have a Titanium rod from my knee to my ankle & 2 pins in my ankle & 2 in my knee.

Hi Laura, Divya from India, I also have a terrible back from an injury during my school days (im 27 now ) What really helped me was getting about 2-3 sessions of physiotherapy done on my lower back, they help sooo much!! I know im watching this in june - a long time from Jan but a back problem never really goes away and this is in case it does come back. What strained my back even worse was my pregnancy last year (I have a lil baby boy) try the physio, Also u may wanna avoid high heeled shoes
Major thumbs up for the road salt comment. I live on Long Island and there are gobs of salt on the roads that have been so annoying, but the three feet of snow that we just got covered it all up , hope you did ok in the storm

Laura, you and your husband are adorable! When The two of you make babies they are going to be gorgeous! I am a retired RN and live with chronic back pain. A sneeze with severe pain could indicate a herniated disk. Pinched nerve causes the type of pain you described. Please have it checked, because if it is physical therapy often times helps. Don't put this off because it could lead to a complete herniation and severe leg pain and then surgery, that sometimes helps but often the pain is there
I love to cook .. it a hidden passion of mine that i let go for many years..ive been dating my gf for a year now.. and i wanted to make her dinner and wasnt sure what to do.. she loves italian food so i searched Italian fettuccine alfredo.. and your video popped up.. and the way u described the process was amazing.. i clicked on more of o=your videos that i had to subscribe.. but i made her the fettuccine alfredo and garlic cheese bread and she was delighted..great 1yr ann. surprise..

I don't know how you feel about medication, but Gabapentin/Neurontin, reaaaaally helped me with my sciatica. Also, what a bummer to get rear ended 3x! Don't go back to Vegas with that kind of luck ;)
