I love how you visited your grandma 💜 I miss mine and it makes me happy whenever I see someone cherishing theirs 😊 Thanks for another lovely and inspiring video, Milly!

Hi! Sorry if this completely off topic but I’ve recently started recovering from ed and you have experience and I’m wondering if it’s normal to be eating 3500+ kcals a day. Im not that underweight like most anrexics but eating this much as caused lots of irration in my digestive system. Is it normal to be getting a lot of stomach aches and cramps on my first week of recovery ?

Not milly, but YES, it would be more abnormal to not have digestive/stomach problems this early in recovery. It’s uncomfortable but hang in there! It will naturally go away in most cases after nutritional rehabilitation as far as I know, so keep eating! And in recovery, despite whether you’re what you deem ‘underweight’ or not (any one suppressing their body weight is actually under weight , but I am assuming in this case you’re referring to bmi) there’s no ‘normal’ amount to eat and there’s no ‘too much’ either, it’s natural to want a large intake after restricting for any amount of time, so you’ve just gotta honour it! I hope this is helpful, any questions please ask, I’m not a professional just someone two years into their recovery :) it’ll be tough, but you can do it!

YES! At least I hope so since I’m doing the same at the moment. I started recovery 4,5 months ago and I assume I’m weight restored now (don’t weight myself but I look healthy). We’re in this together ❤️‍🩹😥 if you want to exchange number just let me know 🩷
