Getting the 550sx / 650 swap ski back in the water

Pulled the engine out last year and never got around to tearing it down. Had a few days off work and decided to put some time back into this beast.
Fresh engine bay paint and went through the ebox and motor motor top and bottom to get it just right.
Went ahead and threw 3° of timing at it and got it all slapped back in the hull.
Still breakimg this setup in ao be patient for ride videos.

Pipe is just a modified/ shortened flange style 650 pipe. Custom wrap around resonator up in the bow shaped like a secondary expansion chamber. Then straight out the back. I left the hump in the exhaust tubing when i widetrayed this ski. Went as wide as possible without putting a straight pipe through the bottom of the tray

Its a BlackMarket. Was Mark K’s prototype so its part v.1 part v.2. No need for a new hinge bracket, fully adjustable, and has a pretty trick over pivot steering set up.

There was only a handful of these poles produced. Pretty much unobtainable at this point. There was talk of Mark casting some but hes had a hard time getting the top hats to cast clean and kinda sidelined the project/ moved on to other parts. The closest you can get to one of these is a kp pole or rrp with a swap bracket. Anyone who has a blackmarkit most likely doesnt want to let it go. This is like my 4th set of abs sponsons lol. I change the design here and there when they break and they keep progressing. Usually i find a cheap abs cutting board at a department store and draw on it with a sharpie until i get the shape i want and cut them out lol. When i cut them i cut both at once clamped together to make sure they are exactly the same. Saves some time that way aswell
