Hello! I watched your video, it's great, I also have a T7910 workstation and I'm having quite a bit of trouble with its power supply as well. Have you ever done the same thing with T7910?
if your had problem and just funcionaly one memory ram You can solution this remove battery on motherboard and waiting more fifteen minutes in my case I was wait more 8 hours. good luck!
Mosfet replaced with a tiny string of copper and VOILA....sorted thanks for your help, last bit mate , the Alert for fans 1 2 3 dont need them they make heck of a noise , keeps coming back any way to bypass this? i looked at bios and no options, ta regards
Hi , i had this computer for years and was amazing, the original psu gone now , it is very tricky to fix it although i tried capacitors and diodes taken out, now it is definitely gone for sure. I have bought a corsair just yesterday 750 watts tx750m for 60 pounds from currys and Thank GO you are my saviour....... pls tell me which cables should i cut please and put back together for the mb to work, i tried to plug it in and the 1 and 3 led lights next to the switch are flashing which means there is a short form the gpu , i hope i did not burn it have i burnt it?? so can you send me a diagram cause in your video i can not understand which cables should i cut and restore to work with the psu externally as yours, i have r7 370 gpu thanks in advance you are the only one on tube that really spend some time all others are saying total BS ...sorry.. best regards from UK
Sorry small addition 1 and 3 led flashing mean > PSU may be bad or PSU cable may be crimped creating a short on a main power rail. (PS_ON asserted, PS_PWRGOOD not asserted)
@@stellapapadaki4299 You need to connect the 24 pin plug like the diagram in the video description. The color of the wires tell you which voltage they have. Just google the colors. Hope that helps.
@@pcandservertips8864 Thanks i have done the mods and double checked with multimeter all voltages are corresponding and i have just cut the cables not needed, i am trying to start the pc the cpu fans and internal case fans work , the gpu was working fine but no picture on screen, i feel it does not switch on ,so how do i switch it on or it should auto switch when plugged in, no pic on screen , i have unplugged the switch cable and all other cables from m/board do i need to plug something else to post? thanks
I have looked also at your video apart form the ssd you plugged in the rest are for the fans, is there a jumper i need to short to switch it on , or should it post straightaway , noting i have unplugged all the ssd and hdd and usb are clear , bit still should go to bios right? thanks
Forgot to mention i tried sorting the pins of the remote adaptor for network card also you mention in the pin out video and no luck too, also the cpu fans are on all the time when i plug the psu is there something wrong there?thanks
Hello, I'm from Algeria. brothers. I want to do the opposite for my dell t 5600. I want to run the 630w power supply on an intel i9 12900kf motherboard.We knew that the dell power supply does not contain 3.3v, but I think it is possible to adjust 5v to 3.3v? is it possible?Thank you
Hello, i don't think that this will work. I don't know if it is possible to adjust the 5V rail down to 3,3V. Even if it is possible, you don't have 5V anymore. Greetings from Germany

Just switch 3v to 5v and other pins like blue legs are the same, right?
