Jhargram is a popular weekend destination near Kolkata.
We went to Jhargram by Ispat express which departs from Howrah station.
Jhargram along with Belpahari, the Jangal Mahal tour can be done in 2 night 3 days. We stayed at a beautiful property known as Gramer Bari. The food was very tasty and the behavior of the staffs was too good. The resort is located 7-8 K.M. away from Jhargram station and can be easily reached by Toto or cab. You can ask the resort for pickup facility from Jhargram station.
The ambience of the resort is also very nice as it is located amidst a forest.
