Sir i have a 1 doubt. Whenever i am taking medicine my folicle growing bigger and having unbearable cramp in lower belly just during ovultaion . Should i stop medicine or try for naturally ? Sometimes folicle size 23mm on 12 days or sometimes 24mm on just before rupture. Sometimes it rupture day 13 or sometimes day 16. Doctor didn't take any action. What will i do
Hello Sir, On Day 22 of my cycle in follicular study it was mentioned as hemorrhagic follicle with size 28.2*26.9 mm with endometrium thickness 9.3mm does that mean my follicle will rupture or not also is there any chances of conceiving this cycle...pls do reply

Many times follicle continue to grow withou rapture and form a small follicular cyst , especially when taking medicines. For conceiving, a proper size follicle , wirh rapture , and release of egg is necessary process.

Hi sir My Follicular study left ovary 1st scan 19*20mm 2nd scan 25.3 * 20mm 3rd scan haemorrhagic transformation seen . This means my egg will repture or not
@BabishaAnn-ef4ui this is incomplete report. Sometimes follicle becomes large and forms a small hemorrhagic cyst , also this resolves but it not releases egg. A raptured follicle is collapsing follicle with different signs like 25x 16mm size , internal debris , irregular or thick wall , vascularity etc.

@Basit759 this mostly require TVS ultrasound, to mention raptured , collapsed follicle , or corpus luteum. If not properly visualized, free cul de sac fluid + 16ml after 15 days of cycle , can also give indirect hint.

This needs very specialized scan , as corpus luteum ( raptured follicle ) and small hemorragic cyst may look same

17+ mm is largest follicle.
Raptured follicle, corpus luteum hv typical appearance , and usually not so small like only 7mm from 12 to 18 days.
Sir tvs scan can accurately predict the egg rupture. Why because i hve taken follicular study egg growth also big but doctor said not is not ruptured

Early pregnancy ya irregular periods hormonal problems ya small ovarian cyst ho sekta he.
A small ruptured follicle measuring 1.8 x 1.6 cm is seen in the right ovary yeh pelvis sonography me aya hai iska kya matlab hai ?
18mm is not small , this is good growing follicle, how do u know it is raptured ? ,
