Upto 20ml of clear fluid is normal with ovulation , not to worry. Follicles are good , little small. But these can become large upto 20mm , with or without treatment.
TVS is more accurate, but if not available in yr area , Abdominal scan also gives a good result. Little variation in size is not a big problem to conceive.

This is good. But at 8 day it is early. If it not raptured and size increases , large follicles +28mn hv less chances of pregnancy. Perhaps u dont hv major prob. or u hv taken high medication.

21mm follicle is good. I don't know endometrial thickness is correct. 18mm is significant thickened. Next time if u repeat scan then especially focus on endometrium. if correct , is there any cystic areas or polyps in endometrium

This means that follicles are small , prolonged medications or hormonal imbalance causes problems. Along with medicines what u can do is to max redhuce carbohydrate in all forms and reduce extra stress , and increase protein

Mild Pco changes are common, after miscarriage in some females , pco problem can mild increases , duo to medications, stress and wt gain. This is easily recoverable in 5/6 months , if u try to relax and control wt below 60kg.

They suggested IVF because yr age is increasing. Yr egg is still little smaller, U require 20 to 24mn size of egg to conceive if husband report is ok. If u afford and hv facility in yr area u should try for ivf. it has also not 100% success rate , but increase yr chances to conceive, Because of yr age , u should not waste time on other treatments.

Endometrial Thickness increases more at end of cycle. This is normal, Dr gave u medicine for Ovulation, normally this ends before end of cycle. But yr consultant Dr will told u , which medicine is given , and when to stop.

Follicle is good. U can conceive Many fibroids dont cause infertility, But some types of fibroids , some large fibroids, and if fibroids are pushing in endometrium , where the G sac implants, Can cause problems. This detail should be given in ultrasound , that , are the fibroids simple , or they are causing problems.

Mild Pco changes are common, after miscarriage in some females , pco problem can mild increases , duo to medications, stress and wt gain. This is easily recoverable in 5/6 months , if u try to relax and control wt below 60kg.

This means that u hv not major hormonal problem , and sometimes the dose of medicine increases which cause large follicles.
Other causes include hormonal problem.

Endometrial Thickness increases more at end of cycle. This is normal,
Dr gave u medicine for Ovulation, normally this ends before end of cycle. But yr consultant Dr will told u , which medicine is given , and when to stop.

These r PCO changes. Size after rapture is not significant, but 16 mm was little smaller , 19 to 24mm is good size to conceive.

This seems to be large follicle, for ovulation there should be signs like raptured follicle , corpus luteum , in ultrasound report.
