So if you want to help people with cooking salmon you should tell them to check internal temperature. In my opinion it should be around 125F internal. Most people who aren’t chefs over cook their fish.

To this day, I have never cooked nor attempted to cook salmon in my entire life. However after almost watching this video, I can proudly say that I will never do so. Instead of investing this much effort and time into cooking salmon, I would watch all of the iron man movies naked.
