KHS Innopro Paramix C sets standards in continuous beverage blending

The KHS Innopro Paramix C is convincing with its efficient water deaeration system, flexible dosing and short commissioning process. This is also reflected in the over 500 installations of the machinery worldwide, with outputs of 12 to 72 m³ per hour.
The fully automatic two-component blending system has been specially developed for carbonated and non-carbonated beverages and is compelling with a capacity of up to 72,000 liters per hour. The fill-level-controlled sirup supply makes for stable operation; efficient, two-stage water deaeration ensures excellent product quality and high filling capacities in the downstream production process. Furthermore, products can be changed over fully automatically at the press of a button in a very short time indeed.
Flow metering by the buffer tank fill level enables carbon dioxide to be saved. In addition, less pressurization gas is needed as the pressure is automatically calculated from the CO2 content and temperature, plus automatic computation of the mixing ratio reduces sirup and product loss.
