The basic version alone includes many functions which save media and operating costs, such as ECO carriers which have a much lower heat and liquid carryover than standard market systems. Energy and costs can also be cut by recovering the heat between the post-caustic and pre-heating stages. Thanks to the intelligent water flow and resulting self-cleaning effect the spraying system is also extremely low maintenance. A further advantage is that the well-directed vapor exhaust minimizes the risk of recontamination together with the heated surfaces in the bottle discharge area.
