I am a devoted fan of 2pac and I align myself with Reggie. Reflecting on the night of the Mike fight at the MGM Grand, I believe that if 2pac had chosen to ignore Treyvon Lane and disassociate himself from the gangs and gangsters, he would have avoided being shot by Big Dre. Pac's involvement in the beat down of Orlando was a regrettable decision; sometimes it is necessary to walk away from certain problems, not out of weakness, but out of wisdom. Despite his authenticity and fearlessness, Pac was not a street brother; he was a multi-talented individual, excelling in acting, rapping, and artistry. I firmly believe that he would have achieved great success in music and acting, had he chosen to distance himself from the streets. The streets are what they are, and it is best to leave them behind. Period.

Reggie kept it 1000! I grew up a 2Pac fan, but Pac shouldn't have put his hands on Orlando. Them guys were known to get down. According to street law (which is demonic) they handled their business. Young Pac fans cram to understand that. After years of looking at videos about the situation, I finally understand myself. This was done by corrupt cops payed by ppl with capacity to put up millions of dollars. And only corrupt police and associates could do somthing like this and vanish without a trace. Vegas is a mob city of corruption and black money thats why it had to be done in vegas where they had all the resources and corrupt manpower to set it all up. Tupac walking through MGM Grand like George Jefferson with his arms like that looking for a KNOWN gang banger who is KNOWN as a real shooter and decided to show his affiliation to MOB Piru instead of being an artist got him killed. Suge should’ve grabbed him and said “NO….. not you. You are my artist and I don’t need you getting involved in gang culture bcuz it can be deadly. We’ll deal with this dude when we see him in Compton” That’s what Suge should’ve done. Now look at what happened. Tupac was such a great artist and talent and was Death Row’s cash cow and he let Tupac throw all that away by not telling him how gang culture and politics in LA really is. Those dudes don’t give 2 rat’s assess about no artists no matter how big they are. There’s a real separation from artist and gang banger in LA. Okay, that was a great analogy, George Jefferson walk, LOL. I loved Pac, but I still can see his faults, and you're right, he instigated his own demise. I agree the Pirus loved Pac, but also fell under his spell, and that in turn lessened their effectiveness in watching out for him. People always call James out as a 'hater' but fail to see how much healthier it was to have everyone stay in their lane, and that's what James always said. Pac should have never been considered a homie, one of them. He was the money, and should have been treated that way. I get that fame and money can make some people lose reason, and I think that is what happened, both with the Pirus in how they didn't keep arm's length from Pac, and guard him, and from Orlando, who felt so insulted that a lowly rapper put hands on him.

Great video!! Everyone knows that Tupac was killed because he hit a certified gang banger!! No one is to blame but Tupac. He was not a gang member, and his willingness to follow and pretend to be one was his fault. Nobody talks about Tupac returning to his hotel room, bragging about knocking out some dude (he had no idea who he just hit), but Suge and the rest of the Homies knew. Instead of the Piro Members (who were there and participated in the beatdown), getting street-ready for what they knew would be a retaliation, they were star-struck (with Suge and Tupac Fame), and less than two or three hours later, 4 Southside crips with one gun, ambushed an entire entourage, hit there mark and get away. This is why the Tupac family believes that the government was in on it when the truth is they are gang members with no training on how to secure and protect a VIP (and Frank was just one man who was along for the after-party). Gang members call it slipping, and military/government individuals call it incompetence. The same scenario of security protecting Biggie was the reason he was killed so easily (Big Gene was assigned to protect Puffy; he was just one man with street dudes).

See, i though Mob Piru and Southside were enemies. Why didnt a southsider aim at suge knight who is a defacto Mob Piru. I thought gang bangers wanted face cards.
This is the first time in gang banging history a crip decided, na, we dont want the big blood, we ONLY want the rapper....lol
And since the rapper is ducking, we WILL NOT aim at the big ass driver. No siree bob. We have great aim.
