Keighley & Worth Valley Railway | 'Spring Gala' | 6-8th March 2020

As we arrive into March, the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway kicked us off with their annual Spring Steam Gala.
With eight engines in action over the three days from Friday the 6th to Sunday the 8th, running an intensive timetable including local & express passenger trains as well as goods trains.
The home fleet supported guest Large Prairie 4144, visiting from Didcot Railway Centre, alongside popular Jubilee Class 45596 'Bahamas' making one of it's rare outings from its base at Ingrow West.
The weather was some what different compared to weeks of late, with the wind dying down and the sun hanging around for large amounts of the weekend and made for some great scenes. Hope you enjoy!

What a shot u got of 4144 struggling out of keigthly! She was slipping like a goodun😳
also the railway combined some amazing double headers my favourte two being the ivatt tank and 4144 and big jim and the black 5
