Just got an adios pro 3 at a great winter sale price and I am blown away at how much I like it. I have slightly wider forefoot and upper worked for me.

Mizuno really need to work on their sizing! They aren't true to size I'm a 8.5 in any other shoes but with the wave rebellion i had to go a full size up

Would be cool if we could get a pro runner like Eliud Kipchoge to do some running using other super shoes rather then just Nike's branded shoes ! I bet that we would find out that both Next%2 and AlphaFly 2 are no longer the best of the best .

The AlphaFLY gets tested ALOT and is still the shoe that provides the most efficacy at least for a legal shoe.

Wow! Color me surprised. I thought the Adios Pro 3 was going to run away with it. I too have not really validated Mizuno as a brand pretty much since the Ronin went tango uniform, and I believe the adi is in my top 2-3 supershoe racers. I like it better than the Vaporfly (gasp).
Please tell me I don’t need to look for the Wave Rebellion now…

Would be nice to know how much the Adios Pro 4 will be different from the previous version... Like TS8 > TS9, or maybe some kind of redesign like the Adios 8 (leaked photos) ??.. Seems like they all will hit the market soon.

Usually 2 year cycles, so AP4 likely just upper refinement like the TS.

Adidas soaks up the miles , for short tempo workouts maybe Mizuno, but the adidas is designed for half/full marathon, maybe comparing Mizuno with vapourfly2 would be a better comparison imo😊

Get the info right. The midsole in the Mizuno consists of enerzy lite+ and enerzy light.
