I wore Black Aoud to work the other day. A half spray behind each ear. From the Uber driver who took me to work (a lady), to all my colleagues and even a courier delivering some papers, every single person said it was great. I must have written down Montale Black Aoud at least 6 times for people. It was 31C that day so pretty warm.
RED AOUD is MY FAVORITE. I enjoy the entire house, they last for hours on the skin. Lots of compliments too ! I enjoy them in the summer because it seems to me that they are suitable for warmer weather.....freshies for me aren't the greatest, they tend to be way to strong e.g, Sauvage , Aqua Di Gio......enjoy this house !

Man, hope you feel better soon. My first and strongest Montale love is Vanille Absolu, but I also own and really enjoy Sandflowers. Wild Pears is yummy. And I can't leave out Honey Aoud; like tiffany hall said, the dry down is fantastic!
I would have to say Red Aoud is my top pick as well. Love it. Great choices. I really enjoy Red Vetiver as well. They perform great. Enjoyed the vid Carlos:)

I literally get stopped by strangers asking what I am wearing. I just purchased Moon Aoud and was very disappointed. TOO powdery. Now I must try Intense Cafe! New subscriber !!!!

Hi Carlos! I kind of enjoy those "favorite scents from one specific house" videos. Montale is one of the many houses I want to revisit pretty soon. First time I tried them I was not a fan. They had like a "plastic" vibe to my nose. But I hope the second time around I'll find at least a couple that I enjoy. I'm interested the most in trying Oudmazing, Dark Aoud, Red Vetyver and Intense Café probably. Take care of yourself and hope the cold will be gone soon.

Black Oud is freakin Beast mode, phenomenal(last forever on the skin, but in the best way). It’s broody, dark & curiously vociferously, shy. If you hate getting compliments stay away, it’s Goth Poison.

To be honest I haven't had many opportunities to put my hands on Montale's fragrances. For now on my favorite is Intense Cafe. I don't wear it because i find it too feminine for me but I'd love to smell it on woman.
I've never had the chance to ever try Montale. The one that is on the top of my list to sample or buy is Chocolate Greedy. I'm so tempted to do a blind buy because all the notes sound like something I would absolutely love. But it's a bit pricey for a blind buy. I've never found a counter that carries the line to test in person. So I'd be extremely happy to win some decants.

Once you find Montale you are hooked! I smelled it on a woman at the library about a year ago...she actually layered two of the Montale scents. Of course I had to purchase both! You can buy samples online before purchasing a full size bottle

Carlos, I just bought a Bottle of Intense Café, but I haven't opened yet because the box feels extremely lightweight, as if it missing Juice. I weighed the sealed box and it came to 5.5 oz. Does that sound accurate? Are Montale bottles lightweight in general?
I have 10 Montale fragrances and Red Vetiver is in my top 5. While it may have some similarities to Terre De Hermes, I think Red Vetiver is a much better crafted fragrance, especially during the dry down where Terre De Hermes becomes a little metallic.

A few weeks ago I made my first purchase of the Montale brand of SLIVER AUOD, but I noticed that the perfume bottle was almost empty ... the bottle itself did not weigh anything. therefore I made the claim on the notino page that was where I bought it, and they asked me to return it to send me a new one ... yesterday I made the return .. On the other hand, today I receive another MONTALE perfume that I bought a few days ago, AND IT IS ALSO not completely full. My question is, do MONTALE perfumes ALWAYS COME IN THIS STATE?

Hey, I am wondering whether any of the Montale fragrances smell similar to the Hugo Boss Bottled Oud? Or similar to the Arabian Oud Legend (Silver). To be honest I never really liked black aoud, it was too sweet and rosey. I want something fruity, warm spicy, oud and musky whilst having that medicinal feel to it. Help please :)

Black aoud is definitely a powerhouse one of the best! I love the bloopers at the end.
I love it but can't find it too many places here in the U.S. I found a few for sale overseas but dealing with customs is a pain.
