    I love tea as it's truly amazing for the body. I have extremely oily, acne-prone skin, and one of my favorites is spearmint tea. I love to read scientific journals and share what I learn on my channel. A study by the American Academy of Dermatology suggests those who consume two cups of organic spearmint tea can reduce acne lesions by 25 per cent after one month and by 51 per cent after three months. Spearmint is said to have anti-inflammatory properties and helps to clear out the skin.

      Tea is medicinal. We haven’t that view here in the US but it’s so good.

      Hi friend, excuse me. Spearmint is the one we all call simply "mint" and that is like extremely fresh? Or the "other" not that fresh?
      Sorry for the question :(

    Drink more tea in winter. I have used dandelion & nighty night. Absolutely love Traditional Medicinals. They have a organic turmeric with meadowsweet and Ginger that is to die for. 💚 Plus a new Reishi Mushroom w/Rooibos& Orange Peel. Also all time fav, Yogi brand Kava Stress Relief😘 I also purchase loose leaf tea from local apothecary, all organic. I could go on & on, LOL🙏☮️

    I'm surprised you didn't mention ashwagandha tea. It's by far the best tea for stress/anxiety, no contest. Although it increases testosterone slightly which makes it better geared for men. I can think of several other honorable mentions, but ashwagandha is king. Other than that I really enjoyed the video, you are a true tea fiend.

    Our family enjoys tea too. One of our favorites is an organic peach mango tulsi rooibos loose leaf tea (Davidson's). We also love Teeccino caramel nut dandelion tea.
    I'm interested in trying the tea containing Shavarti. :) Good reminder about CBD too.

    I'm a dude so I think I'll try the dandelion tea. You mentioned hibiscus, and this is one of my go to teas. I brew it strong with loose flowers and sweeten it just slightly to take the edge off the sharp taste. I'm hoping it helps lower my BP, which has been a problem lately. I have also started drinking moringa, and Tulsi and Rooibos are on my regular rotation, but what about Traditional Medicines Gypsy Cold Care? I combine it with Ginger, Decaf Green Tea, and either Tulsi or Rooibos Chai. Thanks!

    Omg Game changer dried elderberry I had no idea it was available. Seems like a no brainer lol. It should be more cost effective then buying liquid elderberry. About how much to a tea glass?
    I buy elderberry supplements and I use it sparingly because I’m cheap. Can’t wait to try all these teas looking forward to tea with these fall temperatures.

    Warning*** the Dong Quai Red Date tea has 15 g of sugar per cup. Can not recomend. Disapointed! -Danya
    Edited to add Sugar is the number 1 ingredient followed by honey glucose and lactose. Seriously! And I have 2 boxes to down. Again, disapointed. In no way is this a solid recommendation or anything to get excited about as healthy.

      @@NaturalHealthResources um, this has nothing to do with my feelings! I should have checked ingredients myself. This is a straight up sugar water mix. Just wanted to alert others. Cheers! -Danya

    Just came across your Channel this afternoon. I am not a Tea drinker but that is going to change. I hope you have warned all your Followers about ........ Not using Milk. Viewed a very short video last night by Dr. Michael Greger about tea consumption. Casein in milk nullifies any health benefits from tea. Just viewed another "Short" video from a gal of Nordic origin reconfirming. Soy or Almond milk & one would assume Coconut are fine.

    What happens when a guy drinks teas? that are designed to help with lady's cycle issues? What affect does it have on a male?

    • @NaturalHealthResources
      @NaturalHealthResources  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey there! It's great that you're curious about the effects of teas designed to help with menstrual cycle issues, even for guys. Generally, teas formulated for menstrual support contain herbs like chamomile, ginger, or raspberry leaf, which can have soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. While these teas are primarily targeted towards women, there's no harm in guys drinking them. However, since these teas are tailored to address specific female health concerns, men may not experience the same benefits.
