I really admire this guy. He built a great life and he enjoys it. He knew what his passion was and went full throttle with it. Great physique, ton of expertise, great gym and eating advice. My definite go-to for good advice, good vibes, and entertainment all around. Happy I found the channel. Honestly, Living in Dubai isnt like this at all for 90% of the population. Most people drink 2-5 aed chai/coffee, eat fast food at a regular mall and go to less fancy gyms with a long term membership. The reason those fancy gyms are empty is because nobody can afford them!

Recently moved out of Dubai after having lived there for 12 years. These vids are great and remind me of the good times I had there, keep it up.
Seriously my mans training programs are the best for muscle building. I've tried most programs out there over the past 10yrs and Mike's is hands down the best. Salud desde San Diego!

Lived in Dubai for 11 years now. Basically grew up there. Been in England for University for 3 years now. Always go back to Dubai because my family is still there. This video truly shows how awesome Dubai is and makes me miss home when I'm away.

I do agree to this, I feel like you think it would be good for the first week but then it would just get sooo boring. A man needs a purpose to work towards and something to achieve whilst being challenged, if you're not accomplishing anything, then life is going to feel so empty and dull like as if there is even no purpose to waking up

I lived in Dubai for a few years, enjoyed it, you have to leave in the summer and from time to time, but it's a playground for sure...

It is very easy to meet people. The downside is that everybody eventually leaves. I found that in Australia. All the ex-pats moved back to Ireland and Britain over time. Hard to build a permanent world.

Try foam rolling your wrist using a lacrose ball or something similar, I had the same issue and it helped pretty quickly
