- Rear wheel on my scooter is wobbly. Taking it apart to determine the cause.
2009 Kymco Grand Vista 250 cc.
Update: I got tired of the "garage queen" always being broken and sold it for parts.
Every summer, something else would break and I would have to wait all summer for parts to come from Korea.
The high breathing is ignoring tho
Super helpful 🤘🏾
Thanks for the vid I think I have the same problem with my xmax 125
double check the torque specs in your manual. I discovered mine had them wrong in one location.
Something don’t feel kosher here! Lol
I got a CPI GTR150 and mine is doing the same thing. I inspect it and get to understand it may be the sleeve inside the rim, it may be a little difficult to remove so i have a spear rim.Right now I have the bike on a jack, waiting for my rim by a friend. I would give an update.....
What did you find out?
Hi did you fix this?
Purchased a new rim and made sure it was properly torqued
I have same problem. Trying to fix by adding a star washers on sides.
Sorry to ask why u did not start engine to see if shaft rotates or not , let forget ant wheel . But TKQ for video.
I was riding the bike when I first noticed the wobble. I have since replaced the wheel and it rides fine.
@@The_Grumpy_Ol_Redneckwas it not to do with the bearing ??
Tks for reply .my bike was wobbling too & no take ,replace xansmisson belt all ok again TKQ again
The online manual I used had an error on the page that talks about reassembling the rear wheel. The torque value listed in the instructions is incorrect. Use the torque value listed in the torque table at the start of the manual.
