you need to add payment method to change region no way around this.
You can only change your Play country once per year. So if you change your country, you won’t be able to change it back for one year.

Just use vpn clear cache worked for me be aware secure apps like banks apps might not work as they check for vpn you may dowload but not use.

You should close the other payments profile before proceeding, otherwise it will return to original country

@@haiqaliskandar7056 go back to where you made the us account and switch to the account you had before then select where it says close this account and done you should now only have the us account only, it automaticaly changes in google play

Gota add a payment method i here to unlock region change and maybe it has to be of region you want like american for american. Just use vpn and clear cache of playstore it worked for me no needed to change region on playstore.
