- Since entering the league in 2017, De’Aaron Fox has been one of the most dynamic and electric players in basketball, but in 2022 everything came together for Fox. De’Aaron blossomed into one of the league's premiere point guards, earning his first-ever All-Star nod as well as being selected to the All-NBA 3rd team.
It’s no mistake that Fox’s career year also coincided with the Sacramento Kings ending their 16-season-long playoff drought, with De’Aaron being at the forefront of the historic turnaround. In this video, we’re going to take a look at everything Fox provided the Kings this season. From his strengths and weaknesses - to how Sacramento used him and how he managed to fit within the system.

Great video. Some great observations here. The amount of growth he'd shown last season was monumental. I am indeed wondering, though, if his speed is actually a key factor affecting his shooting. Sometimes it seems like his speed affects how steady his body balance in that few mini-seconds when builds his shooting form is and how much course-correct he has to do (lack the time to do) before raising up, as you pointing it out in this video.

Crazy that we consider Fox’s floater automatic. I used to wish he could develop a floater like Haliburton. So happy for Fox. He put so much work in and it’s finally clicking.

@@openmike4559 true but SGA was 1st team All-NBA....i just think Chet and others are gonna take some of his shots away so unless he becomes more eff from 3 Fox gonna be better. also, currently SGA ranks around top 10 in the NBA while Fox ranks around 25

Fox is unreal. To have such a soft touch AND such body control on top of the raw athleticism....thats MJ type shit. If he could get his free throw peecentage to the mid 80's and three to 35 or higher hed be an MVP candidate
