You do not really need a high end computer to run opentoonz. But in general for animation and other Adobe products to run you must have an i7 processor and a good graphics card and a minimum of 16gb ram. Thank you so much.

From the render output choose png or tiff. By default alpha will be turned on. You will get transparent background
agree, But Tiff is format for image right ? I want transparent background in video or gif
Gif doesn't support transparency, mov does.
