  • The new for 2018 Meistersinger Metris brings a different look to the one hand watch world with its slim 38mm retro case and striking dial and hand combinations.
Instead of two hands to tell the time, one for hours and another for minutes, the Metris uses one hand that makes one revolution every twelve hours to point to the time. The perimeter of the dial has 144 marks that break twelve hours into five-minute increments. The Metris comes in one of four different versions - opaline silver, black, ivory and blue. In this in-depth review I take a look at the blue Metris, and discover the charm of a one-handed watch.
The Meistersinger Metris has a US retail price of $1,795

Thanks for loving our job. It's the first collaboration @Artetude with @Meistersinger . Good review you say exactly what we thought when we created the 3d model.

I purchased one of the early versions mainly as a vacation watch. Just a quick glance gives me an idea of the time. An impulse buy. :)

Nice review. I am a fan of their less-is-more regulateur watches. The size of the Metris is more reachable for more people, ie 38 vs 42.....

    Hello,
I just discovered your video, very well done! I also discovered the Métris which I found very beautiful. Since there is no retailer nearby, based on your experience, is this model compatible with a wrist of 15cm in circumference also with the watch securely attached? Thanks for your feedback.

I think the crown guards are a bit too shiny on the face side. A metal bracelet would also be really nice, though MS obviously doesn't make one since the rest of their line is so dressy.
