How good is the build quality? Do you think it will last long?
I had purchased a smaller pot earlier of a different brand and the tap of that went bad. It was almost impossible to repair the tap of that copper pot
This one is good and I think it will last long.
The tap also looks quite sturdy. I haven't faced any problems so far.
The health benefits are amazing as per our Ayurveda.
But does this get stained easily? I mean how hard is it to wash and maintain it properly❓
There's absolutely no need to worry about the cleaning part. Copper vessels do tend to get dark spots over a period of time, but if you use Pitambari it's pretty easy to get rid off those stains. This pot doesn't have any rough edges like other copper utensils, so cleaning it is pretty easy.
And to avoid those stains
- Place the POT away from areas where there's constant water use. Like away from the sink.
- Do not accidentally drop water droplets on the Pot.
At my home, I have just kept it away from the basin and haven't observed any major staining. I wash it like once in 2 weeks 🙂
is tap is working well ? or it will leackage after few days
Been using it for quite a long time now. The tap is fine, not leaking.
I think some people accidentally hit it on the kitchen surface while washing it and that might cause leaks. Just ensure that you keep the tap safe while washing this pot.

Sir how is product after a year of usage? Any permanent stains, general leakages or tap leakage, dents or any other issue?
Hi Rohan, the product is absolutely fine after a year of usage. There are no permanent stains as such. Since it is copper, you have to wash it properly at least once in 2 months.
The tap is fine as well. I had read about tap leakage issues, but did not face any. I think people bump it somewhere and then the tap leaks.
There's just 1 issue that I found. 11 liters capacity is not that great even for a small family. Go for a larger size Pot - amzn.to/3eGjKJs

Yes, you are right bro. But Matka is not very useful in cold seasons.
You will not feel like drinking a lot of water from it. Hence, Copper is the best.
