Goodmorning, thank you for sharing. How did you finish the book to get these nice colors? I have a Janome memory 300e, but never used it. Might try it now:)

Daleen do you have finished dimensions for the cover? Just want to make sure it will fit before purchasing.

Did you use batting with the vinyl version? It was was not clear as you did cloth this time. Also I see that your larger cover seems to have more than one book in it as well as Foam or some padding along the spine? How are these multiples held in the book? Do we need additional padding along the spine?

No batting was used with these covers as the leather is quilte bulky on its own, so no additional padding needed, unless you are using a thin fabric and want that extra padded look :)

Have everything ready to make the 5 x 7 and I am unable to decipher which size is which and what goes with what. Is there any other instructions for this. I am still new to things and still need a little more guidance on how to separate sizes out. Thanks for anyone's help on this matter.

When I click on the link, the long part of the spine, even for the smallest design in the pdf had the size at just over 7 inches. How does that fit in a 5x7 hoop???

As she states in the video. The spine is in two pieces. A short bottom piece and a longer top portion. You join the two pieces just like you did with the pieces for both the front and back covers.

Your tutorial is excellent and the project wonderful and very useful. Thank you very much.
Note: I would prefer videos without background music, it is very distracting and makes difficult to hear you.
