    The art of combining freewheels with wheels.
    If we make some improvements, I think we can drive 4x4.
    Thank you.

    Oh wow I love this evolution of double freewheel from the earlier needle bearing / roller clutch.
    Honestly just before I saw this I "discovered" those single speed freewheel sprockets on ebay and was wondering if you can make it work screwing it the wrong way on a traditional hub.
    But this adapter to a 6 hole brake hub is really clever, meshing into the 18 teeth sprocket. It looks like the adapter to the hub as well as the clamp to the axle is 3D printed. Is that true? That should make it easy to replace.
    Also I'd be curious about the diameter of the rear axle, it looks larger than 20mm. Why so thick? I imagine so the 3D printed clamp to the axle is thinner.
    Also why do you have an outer sheath around the axle? And why in two parts?

    Gibt es die Achse inklusive Laufräder (ohne Federung) auch einzeln zu kaufen?

    Thank you for the information. I guess the left and right outer axle are handed as the ratchet must be left and right? And is the spring fiberglass? I have only just come across your machine and like it's design

    No differential. Just two free wheels. Does it work properly?

      @brechtthebest 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Is even better than a differential, as a differential will send power to the wheel with least resistance, but this will ensure the power goes to the slowest wheel. So when a tyre starts slipping, power will go to the other tyre. You would need a limited slip diff to avoid this problem
