#72 : Winter at Lechlade 2023, The first Weekend

This was the opening Saturday at Lechlade and it was very wet , very very wet. Me and peter had booked a boat and our first bouy to "tie off" to was the house bouy. sport was very good in the first few hours , landing 4 fish between 7-10lbs. The constant casting into the house pool spooked the fish after a while and pushed them right against the lawn which became too far to cast to. We ended up with 7 fish between us on a range of flies from , white leaches , sparklers , daddies and buzzers.
