that machine is a lot bigger thats for sure! looks like a lot more reach. looking forward to seeing it run some hardwood through it. those stripper arms are massive too
Hey Jon you won’t regret it I own a cat 501 with kodiak timber head 2 roller and a 803 with 623 and in bigger wood the 623 is just the way to go in my opinion and very productive. I like my cat in 12-18” aspen and pine… just my thoughts
Seems like that would have had been a good head when you had a forwarder guy that could keep up and a processor operator that was not looking out for his own best interests.
