Nice idli mam but 4 rice 1 urad dhall only we generally use know mam. If we use more urad dhall idlies won't turn flat ahh mam. And no need to add raw rice ahh mam. Please clarify my doubts thanks in advance
3 cup idli rice,toor dal 1 tbsp,methi seed 1tbsp,urad dal 1 cup,poha 1 cup,spak for about 4-6 hrs atleast,and grind it,n let it firment for whole night,(6-8 hrs)

U cannot use bronze for cooking..i think it's alloy...brass can be used it is a metal..

Hi is this rice called parboiled rice ?Why I add toor dal n flatten rice in idli batter ? What it does to idli, which oil u used for chutney

Mam pls tell me that i have always seen my mother used to grind batter in 1:4 ratio of urad dal nd rice but u add 1:3 ratio which one is correct
