How do we know if the numbers are real...just sayin.
GPS data of a bike computer! Full video here: th-cam.com/video/a7UnRtPROH4/w-d-xo.html
I'm a pretty mediocre road cyclist and I regularly hit 65km/h. This looks about 50% faster.
Checks out to me.
@@XenFPV with regular bicycle many times I hit 40kmph at worst path, and after a year, my cycle's all ball-bearing got damaged fully (pedal's Handel's rim's .....) 😂🤣😂
This guy is experienced, there is no doubt he could hit 100 even without data
100 is completely achievable on a bike
Bro ride the bike faster than my school van
Do you mean school bus? From your choice of words I am guessing you ride the short bus.
@@GolfSux I'm pretty sure the Toyota HiAce isn't a bus
@@andra_syawwal In my 40 years on this earth, I have never heard of a school van. I have seen small 1.5 ton busses, but nothing smaller.
@@GolfSux Where I live, and probably where the original commenter lives, there are people who buy vans and send kids to school with them to earn money
@@GolfSux FYI, even I ride a Toyota van to school.
Be careful man a small rock and you are out
true bro😂
Lmao
Out where he is outside
fr the tyres are so thin
as long as he got good gear he just gonna slip in the ground
I did once at least 99 km/hour, downhill on the Alps (only two digits on the cycle computer then).
damn man! it must be way more than that
Lies
@@guywelch656 Pardon me? Lies?
@@KingOFThisFuckinWorld You are probably correct. Since then, last year, I did 82 km/hour downhill in the Alps - careful driving, though. In Denmark, done 60-70 km/hour on shorter hills. Done also 70 km/hour on flat road, during a race.
@@Gugner im from danmark
problem is not the speed, it's the turns!!! turning fast is scary
I have a gearless, i did around 50km/h . it's cool and horrifying at the same time 💀 💀
Oops I slipped-
*Famous Last Words*
Wow! Thats super fast. Best I've done is 59km/h on my Scott Hybrid bike.
Really where location😊
Ive done 49 kmph
my personal nightmare being to be at 100 km/h in my bike and then hear a claxon

bro with a bike like that don't worry it brakes without problems, even quickly, but you don't have to be afraid otherwise you brake too much and you'll fall on your own
I’ve been able to get up into the 70mph range coming down steep descents in the Rockies. It’s all about the wind at that speed. A cross wind can really fuck your day up
The hard part is not to go on 100 kmph, The hard part is that *you can't handle that much speed it needs too much practice*
Not much practice is needed, mountain biking down a blue line is more difficult. Just a cool head if you hit a crosswind.
Not really though, just don't panic
Absolutely. Just stay calm and don't do any sudden moves. I've been riding a road bike for only half a year and already hit 101 km/h. It was definitely scary and you don't look at your computer at this speed. I found out later at home.
@@mboretzkihow do you guys do this I have a mountain bike and I maxed out at 25 miles per hour on sidewalk how on earth do you guys go so fast pls tell me also that’s very cool u guys can do that one day I can hopefully
@@aarp24236 You probably need some things to get right to even be possible so reach such speeds.
1. Steep descent like 14%
2. No strong headwind
3. Road bike and aero outfit
4. Aero position on your bike
I am jealous of how beautiful your location is .🤠
Me too😅
@@sarikakure1495 Must be Italy, Austria or Switzerland
The land scape outside is absolutely stunning
Wow so cycling really has potential. Agreed the first few months are tough but practice really pays off 😊
Damn, that's impressive! The fastest I can reach is 47.8km/h before I hit a barrier

That’s about my top speed on my bike, it’s about 30 miles an hour

I'm a MTBer and I already get total thrills at 60km/h 💀
Dh'ing gives thrills way under the speed you all are talking about.
Maxed at 76km/h on a MTB 😅😅
@@bassedd7620 Off the street?
I go max 68 kmph on carp mtb
I use a road bike, and as a 12 yo with an rb, going past 40 kmh feels like leaning 5 degrees would send you to heaven
I wonder what's the max speed rating for those tires 😮. Imagine them blowing up in the middle of the descent..
Maximum conti and shwalbe put is 50km/h on medium tires.for light and thin like this they dont even write anything😂 probably to avoid problems with reputation if someone die from them blowing up
The bicycle version of a hypercar unbelievable ❤
I managed to go until 86kmph last week. Felt awesome, good bikes are stable. No rocks can't take you out (small ones)
Thats True!!!
I've had dedicated road bikes carbon ones pinarello and azzuri but my most stable one is a touring bike lynskey I swear you could let go of the bars at 80 kph + while still pedalling
Warning ⚠️: Don't do this in india😅.
Thats one way to have a cracked rim in 1 month
I hit ~ 105 km/h once on a rim brake bike. Braking from such speed wasn't fun. It wasn't that the stopping power was weak ( I had blue swissstop pads), but the front wheel fell into terryfing vibrations. At lower speeds I haven't experienced this.
Rim brakes sucks 😂 got my New TCR Disc last week and will never miss it again
My last touched was 69-70kmph on downward slop
Wir hatten 111km Spitze :)
It's really hard to break on that time😂😂
I averaged 50 kph on an 880 mile ride. On some of my long downhill runs I hit 125 kph. It c an be done. Ths was with an 18 kilo bag strapped to the back rack. I was in awesome shape in those days!
Than you were casually the best cycling off all time. You got your numbers wrong.
@@elonif4125KILOMETERS PER HOUR. You got your numbers wrong.
That's KILOMETERS per hour. Easily done. And many professional cyclists that I rode with called me "The monster." I was better than most of them, and they hated it when it was my turn to take the lead. @satanklaux
@@MexicoAdventurer I already know it's kilometers per hour. I am European, I use the metric system daily. And I reiterate that 50 km/h on average over just over 1,300 kilometers is impossible. Not only for you, but for any professional. Neither Merckx, nor indurain, nor pogacar, nor armstrong, none of them in their prime would be able to do that average over that distance. The average of a grand tour has never even come close to that speed. Maintaining those fantasies, I am inclined to think that you have never even ridden a bicycle in your life. If what you say were true (which it is not), you would be losing millions of euros, so you yourself can choose: Either you lie like a scoundrel or you are an idiot who does not know how to economically exploit being the most gifted cyclist in the history of The humanity. In your real life you are nobody, but on the internet you make up your stories. A story as old as the first modems, nothing new
I'm lucky I've had no problems going downhill fast. There's a hill near me that I could do 120KPH every time admittedly it's a state highway so 20KPH over speed limit. Unfortunately due to new intersection they have reduced speed limit to 80KPH so yeah stopped using hill. But 100KPH+ I did twice a day for 3-months.
If you have a very big chainring, the bike weighs very little and your leg muscles are very strong, you can reach that speed.
I could do that I was on a bike with disk brakes, a really low bottom bracket, a really long wheel base, a dropper post and 32mm tyres and no bends on the road. Easy.
Be careful on corners you need lower tyre pressure in the front.
Imagine being on a fixie at that speed
RIP legs
And i thought i went fast when i went 45km/h 😭
That is fast but do want more speed?
Sure just need to mount finally a 53 chainring again 😁

name of bicycle in video sir
Man doing like 50 feels like you are seconds from death on a bike, cannot imagine how sketch that feels.
So fast on those thin tires, you couldnt even stop in time or turn, could slip and just die.
100 km with that thin tyre on a bendy road, insane. Rider mast be 100% sure of the bike's quality.
One of the sketchiest things I’ve ever done just in general was hit 79km/h on a MTB on a dirt road down the side of a mountain in Saalbach. 1 wrong move and I’d be done for.
We drive on the opposite side of the road. As soon as I saw that car coming, I thought you were dead
I experimented this once i put a 30kg on the road bike going a 15° downhill for 300m i can say that the bike goes faster it reaches the speed of 96km/h so now you know why bikers do weird pose on the Front of the road bike it is because it speed them up by 40% ❤❤❤❤
This is extremely dangerous on a road bike because the wheelbase and chainstays are much too short and the bike is therefore much too nervous. In addition, the handlebars are too narrow to be able to steer safely at this speed. The brakes are also too weak to brake safely and even if the brakes were stronger, the tires would not have any grip. If just one thing goes wrong there, you'll be dead because you won't be able to slow down or avoid it, because you'll probably end up on your face because the bike won't follow these maneuvers.
Well you do go faster on a road bike so it does make sense, also you dont steer much since you mostly lean like a motorcycle
It’s scary and awesome at the same time. Speeeeed! 🫣
Bro escaped the metrix😅
Bro thought he could respawn 💀💀
Wouldn't front suspension make it safer?
Imagine if there are no brakes
the max speed that i hit with my mtb on a road was 50,6kmh. I was thinking that i was fast until I saw this

I think we have come to a time when Bicycles are more dangerous than Motorbikes
Maine chalane ki koshish ki 30 pe gir gya 🤒🤒
Looks slower than 100km/h but chest on bars.... Is still dangerous. Assume chances are around 1/30 to hurt yourself repeating this constantly.
Bro show us how did you stop, are you using mechanical or hydraulic brakes?
Hydraulic. Will take you 5 sec to stop
Looks like the Otztaler in Austria.
Descent from Kuhtai to Innsbruck 👍

What bike your using
I've done 90kmh on a $500 early 90s Nishiki hardtail mtb with panaracer smoke tires. I'd hope a 10k road bike could do it 😂
I've gotten up to 95km/hr coming down the Kicking Horse Pass, In eastern British Columbia Canada
Well...If we know the length of a white line and a gap between two lines, we could infer the speed...
On downhill.. what's about flat and uphill road ?
Dude... ARE YOU ON A HIGHWAY??!?!??!?💀💀💀🗿🗿🗿🦶🏿🦶🏿🦶🏿
I did 20 miles per hour maximum (32 km per hour)
I’ve done 88 kph on my bike using a 53/11 and drafting a truck. 100 would be scary although pros do that and more all the time on descents.
I drive just 30 kmph cycle
I’ve seen a Brazilian do a weelie on a bike downhill beeing towed be a bike showing 100kph on the dash

Con mi humilde MTB alcanzo muy fácilmente 75 km/hr, en una bicicleta de ruta de alta gama muy seguramente consigo los 100 km/hr
100kmh is roughly 62mph this is highly achievable on a road bike and fixie

100km/h not wearing any gloves ...if he falls down hands and legs be shreddies 😳🫠🚴
at this speed, the garments make no difference, you will get abrasions either way. Besides, the garments themselves don't protect well against them. You can get an abrasion under the garment when the garment itself is intact.
Respekt. I have done 105km/h on my supersix with rimbrakes. Scary af
I used to hit speeds 40-65mph when I was young, now, nope. What was I thinking?😅
Nah bro is going heaven
