- You asked to see a race between Romeo and Jerusalem to see who could put up the IKEA shelves faster. KingJames came and helped also. I was there now and then but went upstairs to film Omega's Q&A for our 500th TH-cam video.

So smart to allow your children the independence of so many learning experiences! We did the same with all our boys and it really pays off.

Not all the world, I believe it’s easy and fun 😅 I find it so relaxing to put ikea furniture together, that I’m always volunteering to do it for my friends 😂🙈
IKEA is known for being 1000 pieces and 3 instructions. But you really can’t beat the prices, just get a script for Xanax from your doctor with it.

I'm in America and have jokes about how the assembly of IKEA ware is not the most user friendly. But I must say, Jerusalem and Romeo were made for this. They are the epitome of handymen!

Love how patient the boys are together. Especially when King James helped put the wooden dowels in.
I always have to read the instructions to my husband. He tries to do it without them then I have to come and figure out what step was missed.

I love these shelves, they have so many possibilities for storage and organizing-and the slim design doesn’t take up floor space-I’m always so happy to see the family working on projects together👩👩👧👦👨👩👧👦👩👧👦💕

The boys have did a great job,they could make a fortune as handymen 😁I've tried building a single wardrobe and gave up and had to hire someone to build it,they must have great patience 🤍can't wait till its finished ,love the bit about hiding the carrier bag🥰I'm like that🤣

The cupboards look fantastic! Such a fun jub lol...I remember buying a chest of drawers and I made lots of mistakes....I screwed all(24 screws) into the drawer runners, only to find out that I did it backwards 😳 by the end my fingers were very sensitive from turning the screw driver🪛.

When I first start building IKEA furniture I enjoy it. Then half an hour into it I'm getting upset hahah. The boys done fantastic to build all of them. Well done. I hope they enjoyed the pizza with extra bbq sauce!

They always do good work! My husband had a part time job going to the garden/tool centers and put together patio furniture, barbecues, shelves, wheelbarrows, you name it! Anything that could be put together. I helped him, too! It was fun setting everything up, all the screws & bolts! Sometimes there are easier ways than what the instructions say. It was like an essembly line!🥰🪛🔧🔩
Those shelves look amazing in there. Not me looking for an Ikea near me for this to organize my office/craft room now. Good job putting them together. Your home and family are beautiful.
Loved the Omega video so much. It has been so fun watching him from birth to age 4. I got to watch him grow and learn right along with my son too. Omega is such a ball of energy, personality, intelligence, compassion, and more. Thank you for allowing us to see you amazing family through these videos.

Gotta love IKEA! 🤣 And of course is Romeo the smartest one 😉🤣 To put it all together without a screwdriver - been there, done that, too. But it’s much easier with one! 😅So feeling with your fingers guys! And you did so many of the cupboards.

I have one of the large 16 cube storage pieces from IKEA and we have moved so much that I am a pro at taking it apart and putting it together. I can assemble it in less than 10 minutes now. They last for so long. I’ve had mine for about 6 years.

@@TAINATHEMUMOF10 thank you! When you’ve done it as much as I have it gets easier. I have one of the shoe things that swing out to hold shoes and that one was a beast. Took me about 3 hours but I was also 39 weeks pregnant. Haha

Everyone I know who bought from IKEA ended up paying extra for the service for the store to send someone to build it because it is almost impossible to build their things ... lol

Well if you're good at Lego then building IKEA shelving should not be too hard. LOL those little wooden/or metal things are called dowels my poppa was a wonderful wood artisan craftsman. N I used to love to help n learn in his shop.

so much form being an in between the littles and the bigs to us watching him turn from a fun having kid into a mature young man
