I KNEW BILLY WHEN HE LIVED IN THE LOWER EAST SIDE--NYC IN THE 1970S. HE HAD A STAGE IN HIS APARTMENT. I USE TO VIIST HIM AND LISTEN TO HIS JAMMINGS. HE WAS A COOL GUY. RIP, MY DEAR FRIEND.
this is music that helps me remember that i'm free, and that i have an obligation to bring light into this world and lift the spirit up into the sky. in memory of the great billy bang.
