Medicines for this disease would be very strong, still the doctor has given you a very mild medicine, so be patient and complete the course of medicine properly.

Sir We lost our second baby due to this disease, Lately when my wife was 2months pregnant we tested brucella and it was 1:320 positive so Dr prescribed her Rifampicin 300mg for three months then we tested again and it had dropped to 1:80, so Dr stopped giving more drugs (6th month of pregnancy), Then at 8th month she start feeling pain in her stomach 3 days continuously then we went to the hospital and after Ultersound Dr's said the fetus is not alive, then delivery took place, So after a month we again referred to Dr and tested it and it was 1:60 this time Dr gave her streptomycin 14 ps injection + doxycycline for 45 days So just yesterday she finished her medicines So plz advice me what to do next? Is the blood has cleared from brucellosis or we should again test or we should wait for a month and check? Should we conceive again is it OK or how long to wait? What foods she should avoid? Note: we have a cow which she dialy feed and milking is that OK to do ? As of now it has been 2 months & 13 days that she lost her baby. It's been 6 years we are suffering 💔 plz help with your answers thanks.
