Is it legal to have that level of gorgeous estate? ❤

This place might actually be worth the price. It would be $50mil in Fl or Cal. $30 mil in Nashville

Still highly overpriced for that part of NJ, in this market.

Until you see the property taxes lmfao… why I left NJ

@gthord i get it man. I live in Gainesville Fl, the shithole of the world, and my 2 acres is $5500 a year which is extremely high for down south. And I've heard horror stories about what it cost to live up that way

Because the property is a bit overpriced for the location. And most rich folks don't like the taxes in New Jersey. As they are the highest in the country of all the other states. In addition, NJ has a progressive tax, which doesn't cater to the rich.

The same vídeo was posted one year ago. The propety was bought in 2018 for less than 1.5mi, think that originaly was the HOA main facility.
The house is by far the most expensive in the area, the neighbors are about 1/2mi.

Still a bit too high in comparison to comps. Also, markets are starting to come back down. In addition, NJ is the highest in property taxes of all states in the US.

The problem of the american houses is, you can punch through the "walls". Its not massive like in germany. Its all made out of paper and plywood.

Actually, a lot of these are done like Mediterranean homes. With plaster and thick 2x6 walls. I wouldn’t attempt to punch through one. That might tickle.
