भय का असली कारण आसक्ति है, जिस चीज में आसक्ति है उस वस्तु पर थोड़ा सा भी आंच आएगा तो भय आना लाजमी है। सबसे बड़ी बात स्वामीजी ने जो बताई कि जो संसार में कहीं आसक्त न होकर केवल अपने सनातन पिता पर भरोसा रखता है,उनसे प्रेम करता है उसे कभी भय नहीं सताएगा। अर्थात् Do your best and leave to God all the rest .
The real reason for fear is attachment. If the thing one is attached to is harmed even a little, then fear is inevitable. The biggest thing Swamiji told was that one who is not attached to anything in the world and only trusts his eternal father and loves him will never be afraid. Meaning Do your best and leave all the rest to God.
Be positive and be ashitik that God is everywhere and protecting me and simultaneously maintain the rule of high thinking and simple living then you feel fearlessness
