    Thank you Fiona for another winner of a class. These 66 yr old knees of mine are creaky and I was happily surprised to be able to do the tip-toe squats...almost easier than get out of low chairs! I guess I should include those as part of my daily add ons to your classes for knee strengthening.

    Wow I loved this class so much!! You have such a beautiful way of guiding that is so balanced. I especially loved the emphasis on strength, backbends, side bends, and twists, which I find to be such a delicious combination :)
