Thank you for pointers, Here in central Florida, Calamansi comes in two seasons a year July and December, When blessed with a lot and feel sorry about withered fruits,, I just juice them the normal way and strain pour the fresh juice to ice cube tray and freeze it,. When fully frozen, I simoly put them (Frozen juice cubes)in Zip lok bags and put them back to the freezer. I defrost only what i need.
