Bro I know it's a big ask but I'd love to see you do a long form video of you working on a song idea start to finish, I'd like to just see your process (especially for sound selection/sound design) and I'm sure a lot of your other producer followers would too!
I personally loved the Oneshot and the White noise technique. Thank you so much for your content man and yeah you really are different and creative than rest of the producers on youtube giving the same techniques.
Imma be honest, i looked at the title and was like "ehh...lemme see" but these tips were actually good, like stuff i hadn't come across before. Never judge a book by it's cover lol, good work keep it up!
this is actually one of the few tutorials/tip video's that get me excited and honestly wanting to go try these out for myself. Great job man! this is actually so intriguing. Keep it up man, I love it :)
your channel needs tonna more recognition and you gonna get it with time. i appreciate you puttin out content that actually helps up and coming producers
Yeah, this is the most original tip video I've seen. I really appreciate the help! Your video got straight to the point, and provided some very useful knowledge! 🙏
Bro i thought first u capping about the title of the video But now i watched the first 2 minutes and DAYUM SON! And ur right i take my words back, Good job!
As someone who has seen a lot of these kinds of videos, you did indeed have lots of unique ideas here. I can see you getting big on YT mate. Keep it up!
I don't have FL or Abelton but my music producer does! I'm sending him these videos weekly. I don't know if he watches since he's not full time music guy!
Yup, needed this to open my mind. Was locked in a sort of... technically correct direction and had lost some ability to get creative. Sure, not entirely but still, I was feeling stagnant. Thanks! Definitely opened up my mind to getting creative again a lot more!
- 🎹 Creating unique texture layers with reversed one-shot samples for atmospheric elements in tracks. - 📱 Always record rough musical ideas on your phone-they could become hits with development. - 🎛 Transform any sound into glitch samples using effects like OTT for added texture. - 🎶 Use noise oscillators and samplers creatively in synths to enhance melodies and instruments. - 🥁 Experiment with drum patterns without grid snapping for unique grooves. - 🔊 Layer mechanical sounds with instruments to enrich texture in compositions. - 🎵 Use EQ and automation on white noise to create melodic sequences spanning frequencies.
When I was younger, I would have dreams of Melodie’s, wake up in the middle of the night, grab my phone, and try to voice out to my phone what I heard in my dreams before I forgot them. Sadly now that I’m 39, that doesn’t happen anymore.
your deal at the beginning and the reminder of the deal at the end made my day! expected the usual like and subcribe babbeling but you really seem to care. Success to you bro!
This has become my fav music production video, mind to daw is something I was not paying attention, that was taking away some free inspiration that must be gotten outside de daw, just creating a vibe and then placing it into the daw. this is a carrer changing advice thanks a lot! Like this comment to remind me watch this again.
So so so creative and unique brother... Thanks for this video.. Really like to see what could i learn new from you and i will definitely try it for sure. ❤
Well done. and very out the box creative. I appreciate the sharing of ideas. I'm definitely going to implement song of these techniques in the progressive breaks genre. the textures especially. Big Ups!
You’re a dope story telling. Be cool if you showed us how you make your videos like how you set everything up. I feel like you’re a really good teacher u make it fun and not boring so thank you for what you do bro! 🙏🏽✌🏽🫡
Great tips brotha 👍 please full tutorial how to make this type of instrumentals like in the tutorial , from start to finish ! Appreciate the tips agan !
tried the ott trick that's dope I get the high pitched sound in my daw too but i just added ott until the noise showed up, took off one ott, render the audio and repeat on the new clip.
I was blown away by the OTT trick. That's a simple yet effective way to make glitches. The question I have is what was the depth level of the OTT's. Was it at 100% for each or was it varied?

5:46 i always wondered how to make these glitches in future bass

Been stuck in a DAW Customizing rabbit hole recently, So I'll try them now instead of hours tweaking Reaper, Gosh the flexibility is addicting
Yeah, this is the most original tip video I've seen. I really appreciate the help! Your video got straight to the point, and provided some very useful knowledge! 🙏

12:20 okey that was SO marshmello type bass & sound , fire video bro🔥
Don't ask why if you know, you know, but 7 is a great number when teaching people things🧠
another dope example of the voice memo trick is that porter robinson actually made knock yourself out XD based on a voice memo he recorded while out!
When I was younger, I would have dreams of Melodie’s, wake up in the middle of the night, grab my phone, and try to voice out to my phone what I heard in my dreams before I forgot them. Sadly now that I’m 39, that doesn’t happen anymore.

I think the only lessons you actually need to make are sound selection and sound design lessons. Also how to make good drops.
One shots and mechanical stuffs are goooooood

11:10 in serum you can just route the noise osc to the filter and use a comb filter to make it tonal

W vid, voluntarily heading down your funnel starting with the youtube masterclass lol, can't wait for that to drop.
I’m definitely using the last tip thats super dope bro. Just subbed
You can replicate the ott spaming thing with eq three or any device or multiband plugin. The glitchiness is caused by stacking up cross filters 🧠🎈
Btw its not usual to find Producers on yt Who actually know what they are doing. Congrats because u got my attention and respect with this vid.
Great, bro!!! and be a little more often in Ableton!😄
That last one was so sick
the OTT glitch trick can work in FL but only if you load the OTTs in Patcher :). btw love the +ve energy in your videos
You’re a dope story telling. Be cool if you showed us how you make your videos like how you set everything up. I feel like you’re a really good teacher u make it fun and not boring so thank you for what you do bro! 🙏🏽✌🏽🫡

as a producer, audio engenier even for me that was helpful. a very good video
I was blown away by the OTT trick. That's a simple yet effective way to make glitches. The question I have is what was the depth level of the OTT's. Was it at 100% for each or was it varied?
