Thanks Pennzoil for putting these brave and amazing young ladies in this rally. Congratulations Meg and Alex! Those pinnacles are a lot different than our Pinnacle Mountain at home in Arkansas. Keep up the great work in all ya do.
Alex, your video quality has taken a major change into the professional side! You are beginning to show more of your passions, which is good to see. Your body language is more relaxed and confident than 2 years ago. I hope you are balancing your downtime with your adventures, as burnout will destroy the fun. It is also good to see you are finding safe events to adventure through. You have done a great job of telling a story and showing the process of a build. As you know, building a car is the fun part and debugging issues is the headache, but the relationships in the downtime is what matters. You have done a great job to not show the bad scenes from the pit, where emotions, perfectionism, and competition meets reality! Overall, you have improved in great strides! Good luck with your adventures!
What a great experience for you and your sister. I guess navigating was the only hard part. The off-road roads were in nice shape and you were in a Jeep so the actual off-road sections were easy too. Self camping is normal camping, it’s about time y’all got around to camping and the fun that is involved with it. I’ll bet your sister was happy that she was able to go with you.
I love how you are always up for a challenge and an adventure, your not scared to try new things! I only hope my future lady will be adventurous like you!
Congrats to you and Megan, not only for the challenge but the quality of this video! YOU GO GIRLS! I'm as proud of you two as I am my military grand daughter! 😊
This is an epic video; in every sense, and in every way. I thank you for taking us along. A huge shout out to Pennzoil for sponsoring you on this adventure.
Cool trip, be better on a Harley. Cool thing you said about a driver doing 1/4 mile to other events. Being Canadian, growing up playing hockey some players had taken figure skating. Being young laughed, but playing games. They were faster, more stable. Learning is great, but to love a passion is true.
So freaking cool! I’ve been following the Rebelle the last couple of years after meeting Emme and a few others at Girl Gang Garage where I got to teach them welding. So inspiring you said yes to an event that some train months and even years for! Loved following you gals along that week! ❤
Congrats on your finish and thanks for introducing me to the Rebelle. I watched it every day live and kept an eye out for you and Meg on the course map. Hope you do it again this year. Best wishes for a successful season on the 2024 drag and drive circuit.
Followed your off-road challenge from the Rebelle site. I was amazed by how long it took, (at times), to travel from one waypoint to the next. (Would be not as fun, if it was quick and easy navigation). Way to complete the rally. 🏆
Hard to tell who is older you or your sister...Have you alway got along so good..me and my brother were a year and a day apart and used to fight allot when younger....
Looks like a fun time. I had to laugh at the thought of younger people being without their phones for a week. How many times did you reach for your phone out of muscle memory? Just ribbing you since I remember when car phones mounted in the car was a thing, haha.

Congratulations to you and your sister. Glad you all enjoyed the experience. Something you both will always remember.
The Taylor sisters are a dangerous force. 😉

@@mysterymotor I was not talking about the cameraman. I was talking about a public figure, as I have done for the last 7 years.

... and now for something completely different. Thanks for sharing Alex!
Well done. Navigating with a map and compass is a skill everyone should know. Thank you for your time.
So many people nowadays don't even know NSEW, it blows my mind. I know a lot of people that even struggle using directions from their phone!
Great job Alex I feel like I was watching a professional television show
I do believe you can do anything you set your mind to. Billy Lane said basically to 'stay on your rails" your are definitely on your rails.
Awesome adventure alex. You and your sister are pretty cool
Awesome video!

i spend alot of time out there, lots of cool stuff to see, the pinnacles was used for mars in one of the planet of the apes
OK let's see DT come up with a Baja Truck Chassis and you guys make a run for the border!!!!!!!!!!!!! Drag Racing is awesome...Baja is Extreme
Hard to tell who is older you or your sister...Have you alway got along so good..me and my brother were a year and a day apart and used to fight allot when younger....

Dazzling.
Congratulations! Finishing something like that is a win 🏆 will you two do it again?
I was trying to keep track of you but got busy with my life. Lol where did you finish?
I think this video could have been a lot longer, but I guess ya can’t put everything in there. Looked like a lot of fun though.
We weren’t allowed to have our phones during this. We had to rely on the rally’s media team to capture this. Hence, why there isn’t a lot of coverage.
Dakar next!
You said you ran out of gas once, why didn't you use the 22 miles of electric range that the Rubicon 4XE comes with?
That was longggg gone by then too 🙃
@@RidingWithAlexTaylor oh wow that's crazy, it's amazing how much the gas mileage goes down when off-roading
@@RidingWithAlexTaylor Did you get to use the Warn winch?
Thanks Alex and Meg, so excited to see how this went for you two! Would you do it again?
Short video - but still a recap nonetheless. Thanks for watching 😄
Of course! @@RidingWithAlexTaylor
Hi alex sre in hot rod in tv show
Poor kids nowadays are lost without a phone and GPS. I remember traveling 2600 miles across country with just compass and a map.
Now that you've been out there now you need to wangle a ride driving a Trophy Truck in the Vegas to Reno race, I mean you like to drive!!
My last name is Taylor also
Congrats. Nothing ventured- Nothing gained( if we don't try- we don't get anything).
Fix that video thumbnail. We use freedom units in the US.
While I also prefer those units, that is not what the rally uses, which is why I will be leaving it for this 🙂
americans dont measure in kilometers
That’s how rally does it 🤗 Not saying that’s how I measure.
