MPC tells us the consumption.. Or change in consumption at different level's of income.. And consumption slope also tells the different level of consumption at different level's of income..

If our income is 100 we have to consume some amount how can we save 100
APS can be one if we have already left over of our past consmptions from past income so present income can be 100% saved. hence, aps =1

minus minus plus hota h sign bade number ka ata h that is also minus, fact is we cannot write it as negative as it is change in value of saving and mpc can never be more than change in income
