First time seeing your work and very impressed. Big fan of KLM and Schipol pre Covid but following two disastrous recent experiences - both included multiple delays at security and passport control, a 40 min wait onboard for a tug and a missed connection won't consider Schipol and hence KLM until the situation improves. When to board is a great question! In Europe when in business or economy always first - many Middle Eastern airlines board business and first last e.g. Emirates on a remote stand at DXB the First class bus is always the last one to leave but that's not really any hardship...
Great vid report. I never understood the logic of Airbus building the A318 in todays time? It reminds me of the DC9-10 and 15. Which were used extensively in the 60 and 70's and served their purpose. Hopefully Schipol get it's act together soon. Must be difficult like elsewhere and thankfully the Dutch people are so kind and patient and understanding. Notably KLM :)

Agreed re KLM the crew are fantastic but completely embarrassed and exasperated by Schipol at the moment
