Some are pretty adamant on calling it anything but "The Solution", my understanding is an extension of the UW Invasion block deck Zvi won the Pro Tour with which was called The Solution. The other theory is that it is the solution to the metagame.
I wasn’t impressed with Lapse in general. I’m thinking cut the Predicts for Impulse and the Lapses for Counterspell. Mana Leak isn’t great here because the games can go long.
It wasn't great, I sideboarded one out, maybe Fire/Ice is better than it (I SBed out 2x Fire/Ice). I still like Memory Lapse in the deck, I don't think you can reliably cast Counterspell in the early to mid game with this deck. I liked the Predicts as well and the synergy there is nice sometimes.
